We approach the SILENT ROOM always with reverance and respect. This is because the Master Cold is always a humble but extremely ferocious teacher, and everytime feels like the first time.

Once the person enters the Plunge and Breathwork area, silence is asked in order to everyone around to have their own journey and process.

Freedom has 4 Plunges and its fitted for 4 pax at the time, and it is required to shower on arrival.
