The Freedom Process
With the combination of Breathwork, Darkness, the correct frequency of music, and the exposure of our beings to extreme cold environment, we have created a process in which each person get to access the deepest parts of themselves, and by doing this, activating parts within and feeling sensations that have never been felt. It becomes Spiritual, Mental and Physical.. and once the Trinity ( Body, Mind and Soul ) gets connected, magic happens inside out.
Guided Session Membership

Going through the Guided Session is MANDATORY if its your first time in a 0 Celsius Ice Bath.

During aprox an hour, we will teach, explain and guide you through what cold is, how does it affect us, what does it do, what to do when we go in the cold, how to react and what to expect.
After a specific breathwork that you are going to go through with us, we will be your guide and take care of you during your immersion.
After the session, you will be given either tea or bone broth.
Guided Session with NO Membership
1 hr - $104
Going through the Guided Session is MANDATORY if its your first time in a 0 Celsius Ice Bath.

You will have 30 minutes from the session is booked. Includes your own Plunge, Carpet, a Small Step, a Timer, a Space and Cushion for your Breathwork and Company(without disturbing) when you are inside the plunge (for safety).
After your Plunge, you will be greeted with a cup of tea and we will take care of the Plunge Mantainance.
Single Immersion NO Membership

Immersion Packages Membership

Freedom offers a fair selection that go from 2-20 sessions, and this different packages that can acomodate any client with a specific goal and time frame around the practice.
The person has a time lapse of 2 months to use the package from the moment of purchase. We do this to instigate discipline in our system and to everyone around us.
For purchasing any of this packages, is mandatory to have passed through the Guided Session or have had previous experience exposing yourself at 0 Celsius

Immersion Packages NO Membership

This is the perfect option for the people that will be using our facilities for a short period of time. Either because they are in vacations, work trips, solving some sort of medical condition, or maybe just using it to recover from a physical activity.
The person has a time lapse of 2 months to use the package from the moment of purchase. We do this to instigate discipline in our system and to everyone around us.
For purchasing any of this packages, is mandatory to have passed through the Guided Session or have had previous experience exposing yourself at 0 Celsius
